* Jul. – Aug. 2002 – Belgium (Affligem), “Timotheus Project” (trip organized by SCI Romania) – Voluntary camp in a spiritual community, where for our work we were rewarded, among other things, with teachings of meditation, relaxation techniques, Shiatsu massage and regression therapy
* Jul. 2004 – France, Taize (religious and spiritual community) – Prayer techniques, workshops and lectures on Bible explanation topics, daily discussion programs with personal development purpose and intercultural and religious approaching. Everything was offered for free, given the possibility of voluntary work for the community.
* Feb. 2007 – Nepal (Kathmandu), Royal White Monastery Retreat, under the guidance of the Buddhist Master Tanpai Rinpoche Acharya, followed by 2 years spent in his proximity, voluntary being involved in organizing conferences and translating for his holiness; for that period and experience I’ll remain forever grateful
